Incredible cookbook goes through regions and significance of dishes. A comprehensive cookbook of Greek cuisine. You could open restaurants with this cookbook. Greek approved
This looks like an interesting and useful cookbook, but the binding was defective - both on the first copy I ordered and on the replacement copy I asked for when I returned the first copy. The headband and backing are tearing loose from the folds on the pages, and it doesn't look as though the book can hold together for very long. Too bad. I'll wait a year, maybe, and see whether they do a reprint that's not problematic.
This is a very comprehensive cookbook with lots of my favorite Greek recipes. Many wonderful vegetarian dishes.
Great book! With all the recipes you need from greek food. Ingredients are given in different measurements which make things easy. And the food is good!
